Ms. Linda P. Fullmer

alt12/22/1950 - 03/02/2013    Ms. Linda P. Fullmer, 62, of Harrisburg passed away on March 2 at Harrisburg Hospital with her loving family and friends by her side.  She was the daughter of Miriam and Paul Fullmer.  She was born in Williamsport on December 22, 1950.  Linda graduated from South Williamsport Area High School in 1968 and from Bloomsburg University in 1972 with a B.A. in Education.  She worked in the insurance industry as a Senior Claims Representative for 40 years, most recently at Gallagher Bassett Services.

When Linda wasn't busy working at Gallagher Bassett, her favorite pastime was reading and spoiling her dogs, Hope and Sadie.  Linda was an incredibly generous woman whose door was always open to family, friends, and animals.

Linda's pride and joy was her daughter Mandy.  In giving Mandy life, Linda received the gift of unconditional love.  Their relationship went beyond that of mother and daughter to best friends.  She celebrated Mandy's many great accomplishments as her own.  Nothing brought her more happiness than to have her family gathered together, filling her home with laughter.

In addition to Mandy Fullmer (Aaron Barasch), Linda was survived by, her sister Cathy (Dennis) Engelman, her three nephews Matt (Kelly) Engelman, Sean Engelman, and Kyle Engelman, her two great nephews Kennon and Cayden and great niece Kirsey, and her aunts, uncles, and cousins in Williamsport, PA.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 7th at Geigle Funeral Home, 2100 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110.  The family will receive visitors from 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.  Reception to follow.
